Which... if she thinks to tap back into the force she'll notice it's disturbed around the immediate area. Not twisted or dark, but certainly active. Loud. Enough to worry the caretakers into action at the very least, they aren't qualified to deal with this.
And, quite frankly, Luke had a few of these episodes as well-- but they had no way to help him and then he remained stubbornly cut off from the Force. It was just a Mess.
